Richemulot PBP

Post by ewancummins »

I'm interested in running a Ravenloft PBP set in Richemulot. The PCs would be a team of 'practicals' [adventurers for hire]. Expect a lot of urban action, with some wilderness and underground adventures as well.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

I have no idea if I can make it in the end, but I'd be definitely interested!

Playing in a PbP is not as near as time consuming as DMing...

I'll be running in my own version of Pont-a-Museau. The city is BIG, with some of the previously abandoned neighborhoods filled with refugees and immigrants from other domains. Lots of ethnic and religious tensions.

I'd like to start soon. I'm thinking about beginning within the next couple of weeks.

I'm finishing out some notes on adventures, the city, etc. Before we begin I'll need to see finished characters, naturally. Which reminds me, I ought to post the character generation guidelines.

Rules: 3.5

rolls: standard 4D6 method

Races: any from PHB, also half-Vistani and caliban

Classes: any from PHB, also Archivist [from Heroes of Horror], Thug[ UA], and Urban Ranger [UA]. Other classes are possible, but NO psionics or Tome of Battle stuff, please. If you have a question about a class, PM me.

Level: 3

Alignment: any non evil, at the beginning of play....

other: Outlanders and natives are both allowed. The default assumption is that PCs are Ravenloft natives, unless character concept would suggest otherwise.

I am not too sure what I'd like to portray, but ToH sounds like a good option!

Roughly 2,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to 1, in fact. :lucas:

Okay, I have decided: I want to portray a half-elven sorcerer, most likely from Darkon if that's okay.

Stats are done, will email you charsheet as soon as I find the time. :)
