My boyfriend and his group play it. The book was a group-buy, since it amounted to something like 60 quid or so. The book comes with four gigantic maps, and is designed to take characters from level 1 to level 20. And yes, every monster from the MM has an appearance in it. I don't know what, or whether there is, the justification. Sounds to me like a standard dungeon-crawl. Sounds fun to play, though, but alas, too much distance between us :(
