Quoth the Raven Issue 11
Hello everyone,
As some of you may know, the Fraternity has altered its plans for this year. Originally, our plan was to finish the year off with an issue of the Undead Sea Scrolls; an anendum of all of the years best QtR articles revised and expanded by their authors. However, over the course of the year we saw a less than stellar interest in picking artciles to be revised. While on the contrary, we saw a great interest in the themes chosen for QtR issues.
Thus, it has been debated and eventually decided that this january we will be publishing a fourth issue of Quoth the Raven.
As well, there has been another change to our process. This month QtR X was late, as is usual for the magazine. It has become clear that the editing team needs more time to give each article the speical attention it needs. So, starting now, the final date to submit an article will be the tenth of the third month.
In summary, this issue's due date for submissions is December 10th.
Now that the formalities are out of the way, it is time to let the fun begin!
What will be the theme for Quoth the Raven XI?

Article ideas
I have 3 article ideas already- a unique Shadow Fey for the Bogeymen issue as well as Brutes and Banshees II (finally came up with concepts for all the NPCs), or an article about Raksasha (complete with 4 variants) for an Oriental-themed issue.

I would like to add something, please vote. Even if you don't plan to submit an article, still vote on what you would like to see in the next issue. This thread has seen over 30 page views since it was posted and only a small number of visitors have posted. So post and make your voice known.

my vote
i would be interesting in submitting material for an issue that focuses on the Frigid Heights cluster, the Gods/Religion issue or Mysteries of the Orient.
I am currently finishing my MA in history and would love the opportunity to take what i've learned and use it for smething fun.

Granted by the way I currently have the pc set up (a little cunning with 3 seperate installations of Windows, a small amount of shortcuts, a partition and some other tricks) I have begun work on Tales form the Fireside, which will detail a few bogeymen from across the demiplane. All of them based around some emotion or other.
So far I am working on The Singing Maid, Grudgebearer and another that so far hasn't got a name, but there will be more added in time.
The article will be like Diminutive Aberrations and the others in that theme
So regardless of voting, at least 1 Bogeyman article is in the works

I voted for Freezing Fear, b/c that's the only one for which I currently have an idea for an article. My second vote would be Houses of Hell, b/c I LOVE ghost stories.
Not feeling a lot of inspiration with the Oriental Theme, and I think we lost a big opportunity for one of the other choices since the last issue was NOT in fact called "The Evil That Boogie Men Do."
