What is in Your opinion the best music to use on Ravenloft sessions?

We could write for hours on this topic 
It could be interesting to make a near definitive-list of pieces or CDs?
But it will be highly subjective, I know some here use metal tracks in their game. I do not like metal, so I do not use it. Some use the Lord of the Ring soundtrack, I do not as it is too charged with LotR images with our group. Etc. So it will vary depending on your taste and your group's.

I had a bootleg cassette tape with sounds from space (yes I know that space is actually silent because of the void) that my sister had bought for me from Berlin a few years after the unification of Germany. I still have it somewhere and for many years I thought it was an underground avant-garde composition using analog synthesisers but some years ago I bumped on the same sound recordings on youtube. They were actually recordings from the Voyager space mission, translating electromagnetic waves to sound I think. I was using it in my Ravenloft gaming sessions as well as candlelight.
One side of the tape had the sound of Uranus

Other times I would use classical music or Bram Stoker's Dracula soundtrack (with me pressing stop whenever Annie Lenoxe's end titles song started, that was annoying). The bad thing was that sometimes the music would have a crescendo when it was not so appropriate in the adventure. Like listening Mussorgsky's Night on the Bald Mountain when the PCs whre inside a tavern, yes all where on cassette tape so I couldn't just skip to the next one...
Now I would use drone music ambiences, I also had recorded some noises on my own in early 2000s (my favourite one was a Banshee Wail using pedals but I have lost all those sounds).
I would sometimes play this on a record player, really atmospheric and also one of my favourite LPs.

Other times I would use classical music or Bram Stoker's Dracula soundtrack (with me pressing stop whenever Annie Lenoxe's end titles song started, that was annoying). The bad thing was that sometimes the music would have a crescendo when it was not so appropriate in the adventure. Like listening Mussorgsky's Night on the Bald Mountain when the PCs whre inside a tavern, yes all where on cassette tape so I couldn't just skip to the next one...
Now I would use drone music ambiences, I also had recorded some noises on my own in early 2000s (my favourite one was a Banshee Wail using pedals but I have lost all those sounds).
I would sometimes play this on a record player, really atmospheric and also one of my favourite LPs.
