Replacement components arrived today.

I had asked for a new box, top sheet, and map folio. (Just the folio, not the maps.) There were a few other bent bits but I said they'd be fine.

They sent a new box with the top sheet and the map folio (WITH maps). PLUS a new package of handouts & realia, one of the sets of table tents. Plus a booklet.

They really went above and beyond.

Nice! Glad to hear it's all fixed now! Mine arrived a few days ago, thankfully in good condition.

They had to, because I was watching how that would turn out and if they didn't, I would be badmouthing them to friends if it was brought up, while now I will tell friends "and even if your order arrives somewhat damaged, they will go above and beyond."

For the amount of money these editions cost if they wouldn't do anything it wouldn't be just bad mouthing it would be bad business.

I mean, they didn't have to do anything. It wasn't them, it was Canada Post. They would have been fully in their rights to say "sorry man, that sucks. See if they'll compensate you."
Or to just replace the parts I asked for.

I literally say "The cards are a little bent, but not too bad. These are totally fine" and they still sent me new ones.

Here's some images I sent them for other bits the ended up replacing.

But I'm much happier being able to sing their praise...
