Strahd in real life
So, last night I re-watched Dan Curtis' Dracula (made in 1974). Not the most riveting version of the story, but the movie stars Jack Palance as Dracula. To me, he looks like a real life Strahd Von Zarovich. Thoughts?

I've seen that movie-and the 'Re-incarnation of my Lost Love' subplot does make an appearance there (possibly the first time?). Palance's Dracula is by turns suave, romantic, witty, vengeful, petty and cruel as well- I concur that he would be a good fit for Strahd.
