Due to the high magic nature of the rest of DnD, I think there are alot of adventures you could adapt from one setting to Ravenloft. Easiest would be Dragon Heist, just replacing Waterdeep with Port Lucine. Manshoon and the Zhentarum could be replaced by the Fraternity of Shadows wanting to expand their control, Xanathar could be replaced by The Brain making his power move, Jarlaxel by a member of the Societe de Legerdemain who aims for a higher position, and the Cassterlanters as in debt to Injira but might also have ties to the Erzan church.
