Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Tyr's priests have a reputation as being inflexible when it comes to morals and ethics.

Questions for players :

Is Kat staying in town or trying to leave? If she goes to leave, what is her plan? Still that ship, or something else? Making contact with anyone? Going to anywhere particular inside the city? Disguises ? Walking openly and trying to bluff any guards who might question her?

Alhoon, what would Raen do about all this. ? I am leaving his situation vague until you decide.

Anyone avoiding the Temple of Tyr and the oaths and clerical examination that the Watch mentioned?

Is Alain interested in laying claim to certain items, in court?

Anything else anybody wants to add?

If you want to make skill rolls, feel free. Bluff for lying, Diplomacy for honest pleading of one's case, gather info , etc.

Kat is staying in town for the moment. She has some advantages there: she is not an outdoorswoman and is unlikely to prosper fleeing across country.

She will try to contact Raen and Benn though if the latter stays on the ship that may not be possible. Alain, Klokulf and Clive ar elikely to closely watched, but she might try to contact Tonio if the opportunity arises to find out what's going on.

She has two exit plans: her favourite is to get her hands on a set of the papers that people are using at the gates and alter them appropriately. She'll take 20 on her Forgery skill for that, so it will be a total of 27.

Failing that, its hide in the city till the heat dies down.

Where is she lying low? The street? Abadoned buildings? The drains? An inn?
Just returning to the party's lodgings?

that depends a bit on whether she succeeds in contacting anyone or not, and what there opinions are. If she doesn't, she'll move to the less watchfriendly areas of town and find an in or bar

LORD SKYBOLT

I posted that IC bit for you based on our conversation about the curse of Darkon and Alain's peculiar situation.

Apologies, I am about two chapters behind!

PS. Part of that workload turned up well. Part of that workload... was wasted. We didn't manage to hit the deadline. But not all of our work was for nothing. Let's say out of 6 big things, 2 finished with success, one in failure and... 3 are still ongoing. But it is less hectic now.
Until the next wave starts in 2 weeks.
