LOST TRAILS OOC

Post by ewancummins »

The other thread has grown bloated. It's time for a new one.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Clive will have his clothes laundered as well and his armored cleaned. While that is happening he will be changing into something presentable.
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

Does he have time to switch into his formal attire and cast make whole on Raen's clothes before they meet the Governor?
Yes, but if the spell doesn't dry out clothes, Raen will be damp.

Unless somebody has a fix for that.
Well, I don't know if this would really be effective or not, but Klokulf does have the spell updraft prepared. He could hold Raen's clothing at arm's length, then pray. The spell would propel Klokulf fifty feet straight up on a column of air, then lower him gently back down. Raen's robes might get some air drying that way. Of course, if Klokulf is not careful, Raen's clothing could end up on a roof.

If Raen lets him, Klokulf is willing to try it. I have been thinking that spell might come in handy for a while now, so I need to grab my opportunities.

Raen feels such a use of magic is wasteful. But still, it's too interesting for him to pass it up. Let the man jump hiiiiiiiiiiigh in the air with the clothes and back down.

The Lawgiver should be more clear if he wants us to get the message.

Raen will wait for Benn to tell the official things first before he tells the gov about the Bulette.

+8=13 total is all . Don't know if that good enough to change anything, just hope to not make the Gov. hostile towrds the group though .
Also don't know if any other will try to aid another action in this case .(every Successfull aid another adds +2 to his Result by the way .) Aid another is getting Dc 10 Diplo check in this case .
