CELLAR

Junia kicks to stone out of its spot below the door hinge, and grabs the stunned centipede.

She'll yank the door shut as soon as she can, cutting the unsubdued 'pedes off from her position in the lower stairwell.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Junia scoops up her sling as she moves to the door. the 'pede who bit her lashes out but misses with a opportunistic bite. She makes it through the threshold.

One pede moves toward Junia and attacks

The other 'pede moves towards the unconscious one to eat it.

As she slams the door, she hears the centipedes eating their fallen with loud crunches.

OUT OF THE CELLAR, THE BARN AREA

Junia looks for the pig farmer. When she finds him, she says,
"Your place is crawling. I got a good start on clearing them out, but I took some bites. So I'm going home to rest and will come back to finish the job."
She jerks a thumb back at the barn.
"Don't go down there. You'll get bitten. Your pig isn't safe, either."

She double checks her gear and then says,

"Unless you really need it done as soon as possible. I could go to a physician. Maybe to the Temple of Eternal Rest. But I don't have that kind of money. Expect you don't, either...'

The farmer nods, but a look crosses his face that Junia reads as confusion.

"But...but, they has to be gone tonight...there's a big figh....er....big farmer meeting down there after dark. If I pays you half the 50 gold now...will you clear em out?"

''Half now? That seems fair, sure. Bring me the gold and I'm off to the clerics for prayers and balms. I'll come back and clean up this mess for you straight away. I'll bring along some help of my own if I find somebody. No worries-- I'll pay any helpers out of the agreed on payment to me. It won't cost you extra."

Terrik is screaming and fleeing before he realizes it. He doesn't even realize how far hes run. The sound of the howl is gone....he's run so far, he can't hear them anymore. But the sound of it....he shall never forget that scream. It rings like devils laughing in his ears.

There is no sight of the other merchants. All around Terrik is forest and the trail they were following.

Junia has noticed the cellar cage, the quality of that door lock, the farmer's blurted words about a fight...
But does she put it all together?

The farmer puts Squeely down and the pig scampers away, snorting. He fishes into his overalls and removes a purple coin purse. He dumps out approximately half-27 gold, and hands the coins over. He then points at the sling and sap the woman carries.

"You need man weapons," he hefts his pitchfork as his example.

Yes! Junia has heard of the 'fight club' that goes on in Brighton. the rumors put it in the basement of a prominent business...who'd have thought it was at the farmers guild longhouse.

Junia thanks the man, trying to keep surprise off her face as he casually dumps out a pretty large amount of money from that purple coin purse.

"I'll go now, get patched up. And if I find some helpers with man weapons, I'll bring 'em along. See you soon.''

Terik

Terik sits down trying to catch his breath. The howl is still echoeing in his mind even if it does't heard anymore. He breaths heavily and he feels his heart pumping in his chest. What was that and what happened to the mercants! He stands up and trying to find them. He could't return back just like that
without them!! And was also a giant nearby...He had to hurry.
