But intent noted.

Does he plan on entering the burning building?

That will depend on many factors... note it down as "perhaps, if things look optimal and it doesn't seem suicidal" + "Fild can leave his gunpowder outside safely" cause he's not running in a flaming building with half-full gunpowder horn.
As for the battle, six of us fighting 1 pirate? We can do with 4 of us against 1 pirate. For Fild lives > Loot. Yes, he would like to ... re-appropriate some of the loot the pirates stolen before returning the rest to its owners if they can be found. But a woman may die horribly. Fild isn't even thinking of money now, he's on instinct basically.

That all makes perfect sense to me.

Tom will help to save the woman. He will try to climb the wall, get inside from the window and lower the woman down to Fild. This is less risky than actually getting in the burning house and go upstairs.

This is fail but not for much.

Do the numbers (CW 70%) on your sheet include the bonus from that climbing dagger?

Okay, success by a narrow margin, then.
If not for the climbing dagger, he would have slipped and probably fallen.

Metaflux.

I wanted to give him a chance to catch up, and to post an action for Lowen.

But if the majority of the group wants to roll on, we will.

He might be busy/out of the loop.

Okay, it's been a while without word.

I'm going to assume Metaflux is busy, has lost interest, or is without Internet connection.

I've wrapped up that scene.

Is the party ready for a briefing, maps, all that? I can post it tomorrow, using the desktop computer.

I am... Fild would ask what happened with the pirate ship.

Noted.

If anybody has questions, feel free to give them to me now. I will work them into the briefing.

Okay, moving ahead...

It's getting near dark.

What is the party's plan of action?
Assume that everyone has had a chance to rest, reload weapons, eat, etc.

Clerics associated with the Holbins have healed any injuries you sustained, using magic and herbs.

Fild would politely ask the clerics about the health and state of the young woman that was there when the pirates attacked and of course, about the young lady Hoblin.

He'd have been informed that the mother and child the party rescued (from the pawnshop that was burglarized and set ablaze by pirates) are doing well. Some herbal concoction to soothe throats irritated by smoke, and ointment for the eyes.

The Holbins are seeing to their care.

He'd also have been told that Elissa Holbin is doing well.
CHR check to get more...
