The members of the Fraternity refer to the physical world as “Shadow” and take their name from the fact that they are, as they see it, bound in physical form and seeking release from Shadow into Enlightenment, which is the purely mental state that they believe the Fathers and Exalted Brothers have achieved.

The Draconomicon has a basic Draconic vocabulary on pg 29 that could be used. Since they don't present a few commonly used words (such as the word "of"), you could use the "official" Draconic as available and fill in with Latin as needed (parhaps with a couple of letter switches to make it fit: for example, if you look through the vocabulary, the letter "c" is fairly rare unless it's along side "h," but "k" is very common, so you might want to take the Latin words and switch c --> k as needed. There are a few exceptions: caesin for "forest," but they're few and far between).
Incidentally, the word for "shadow" in Draconic is sjach. They note in the pronunciation guide on pg 30 that the "ach" would be the same type of sound as in "Bach." They don't have the words for "brother" or "fraternity," but "wizard" would be levethix and "man" would be munthrek.

If you want to give "Fraternity of Shadows" a less-ominous spin, you could always suggest that they call themselves that because they're following in the footsteps of -- i.e. "shadowing" -- great thinkers of the past. You can make up a few long-ago intellectual greats for them to name-drop, who'd be Ravenloft's equivalent of Aristotle, Socrates, etc. It'd be like a brotherhood of real-world Victorian astronomers calling themselves the "Heirs of Copernicus".
