Somebody post it here.
I am NOT going to railroad. I do need to know how you all are proceeding.

Based on previous IC and OOC, I will ask some questions:

1)WHO is going to make contact with Ellissa?(Will there be prior contact, or just grab her and run?)

2)WHAT method will the PCs use to extract Ellissa from the care of her minders/guards? Force? Trickery? Magic? What's the plan?

3)WHERE are they planning on meeting her/grabbing her? At home? In the city streets?

4)WHEN are they going to get her? Time estimate.

5)How do they plan on physically moving from wherever it is that they take Ellissa (at home, shopping, whatever) to the rendezvous at The Dancing Maidens? On foot? Some other means?

6)Is the party splitting up or sticking together?

7)Is anyone leaving the inn before the mission begins, to buy things or to make some other preparations? Aldron will pay for reasonable stuff, like a rented wagon, rented horses, rope, etc.

8 )Anything else these questions have not covered?
I don't think our plan covers all those... :(
We have the maps\sketch of her house, don't we?

Anyway, from what I can tell for Fild:
1) The climbers
2) I don't know
3) I thought it would have been at home
4) Around 10 pm
5) on foot, and we were discussing a disguise as a maid\poor girl for her
6) Splitting up
7) I don't know
8) A lot! I don't think we've covered all of these.

Based on 7... could we buy some wine for the local guards? Having Alfonse or better, Titus, deliver it in the afternoon? Not as bribe. More like so they would be less attentive. Even if one of them drinks, they will be in a better mood, less eager to go out in the cold etc and would perhaps take a little more to react to calls of an abduction.

Sure, wine is doable.

Note that the night is unlikely to be cold.
it's Late summer/early autumn in a mild climate.

Let's hope it rains then...

So, people, what's the plan under the new questionnaire? Go there and improvise? I would prefer if there was a more inclusive of those things plan in place.

Ewan, do we have a map of the estate?

Based on previous IC and OOC, I will ask some questions:

1)WHO is going to make contact with Ellissa?(Will there be prior contact, or just grab her and run?)

Gertie is signed up for that mission. She should talk to Elissa. Hopefully because of the situation, she won't be too shaken up with someone knocking at her window

after 10 p.m at night

2)WHAT method will the PCs use to extract Ellissa from the care of her minders/guards? Force? Trickery? Magic? What's the plan?

After 10 p.m she will be alone in her room, Gertie with whomever else will have climbed up before 10 and ready to retrieve her.

3)WHERE are they planning on meeting her/grabbing her? At home? In the city streets?

Her bedroom window

4)WHEN are they going to get her? Time estimate.

Right After 10 p.m

5)How do they plan on physically moving from wherever it is that they take Ellissa (at home, shopping, whatever) to the rendezvous at The Dancing Maidens? On foot? Some other means?

Getting her down by tying her to a rope and lowering her down is the ebst option

6)Is the party splitting up or sticking together?

Yes . Some are at the window some are elsewhere

7)Is anyone leaving the inn before the mission begins, to buy things or to make some other preparations? Aldron will pay for reasonable stuff, like a rented wagon, rented horses, rope, etc.

Yes, Gertie needs the items I mentioned to you of which Tom already rolled successes for

8 )Anything else these questions have not covered?

Not on my end

Well, If the house is an enclosed manor, with a tall fence guarded by a couple of guards... we will have trouble.

Gertie can pass Elissa a message and the locket so she knows that can trust her.
Problem: We said that Gertie will be disguised as maid, what if someone recognizes her and ask credentials.

Elissa will be at her room approximately at 10pm so we said Tom and Damien will go inside and lower her at the rest that will wait bellow.
Problem1: How we will enter the palace? At the first place and hide in the garden? Alfonse guard will be Fild.
Problem2: What if someone spot us at the garden I guess there will be patrols, we can hide, but not Elissa that will be getting to the others with the rope.

Problable solution: We need to learn the patrols schedule and if there is place to hide in the garden and an easy access to it if we decide to not impersonate Alfone guards.

We will disguise Elissa as maid and try to get her out.
Problem: There will be like 5 people getting out from the estate, we will be spotted for sure by the guards and they will ask us why we are in there and where are we going.

Probable solution: Elissa going away only with Gertie and the rest of us climb the wall and go with hide.

These are on top of my head right now.

We need to have a good plan not just an idea and even a plan B if possible we cannot abort if something goes wrong.

Possible plan B: Pass Elissa a message and tell her to come at the window and then use a carrier, is faster. We can say that someone is hurt so people might ask less questions. So we can get Elissa at the meeting point even faster.

Van, Gertie is climbing up near the window, how can she be disguised as a maid?

SHe is no actor and would probably screw that up hence her offer of climbing up to the window.

You have a partial map of Holbin House, but no of the entire estate.

So...are we not going with the "Alfonse gets us in the house and then we give her our introductions then" plan? Or is it just the second story man part of the job that we aren't clear on?

This is why I ask.

ALfonse being the default group leader, I will go with your call as final for the group (not that individuals cannot deviate or I,provide).

The second story part is the difficult one. :) You and I will distract the family, while the thieves steal... a girl.
As for patrols sister, I don't think they have an exact schedule; that's not a military base. Probably a guard or two make a round every 30-60 minutes.

Your problems will be... dogs. If there are dogs you can't hide forever.
But Povero is a big city. Check if anyone sells reliable alchemical stuff that makes dogs ignore you. Gertie's friends may have that. Or, at worse... if that can be found at all a potion of invisibility to give Elissa.

Tom has anise so the dogs probably cannot follow us. Sleeping poison will help, get it in meat and toss it to the dogs so they will get asleep.

Dogs dropped will alarm the guards though.
