So, does anyone on the frat have any serial killers in their games? Maybe something that at least started off human? Wields a particular weapon? Kills a certain way? Kills a certain type of person? Hangs out at Camp Crystal Lake?

I have one thats been following my players for months. And now that they're in nova vassa he can get away with close to anything.

Had pcs stop serial killers, which tend to turn out to be something entirely different and the serial killing is part of a grander scheme.

I had a group (two rogues BTW) find a serial killers 'trophy room' in an attic of the house they were breaking into to steal from. I described it so well (one of the few times I've been able to do a scene justice) that they were freaked out and ended up leaving without taking a thing. It was a totally random touch I added- didn't even plan it out.
