OGL Horror of Mongoose anyone?

I just stepped on this:

It seems lovely. I mean 1) it's ogl. A web community like us doesn't need tons of permissions to create material for this.
2) it's d20 modern (as far as I can see in the character sheet) with added rules for fear/panic/madness etc.
3) It seems nice.

Anyone having read it? I am just downloading the previews and faq.
