Probably at least as many calendars as there are homeworlds. For example, domains drawn from the Forgotten Realms probably use the Dale Reckoning, and the Shadowborn Cluster might count dates from the founding of the Great Kingdom.
However, my impression is that the Core, at least, has standardized upon the Barovian Calendar just to have a common calendar when communicating between domains.

For the last few years around this time people start taking about “Lunar New Year”. Now what they really mean is Chinese New Year which is indeed based on a lunar calendar, but it is just one of many, all with a different New Year’s Day usually.

It's likely there are/were many calendars, but in the Core at least the one in common, consensus use by everyone is the Barovian calendar. IIRC the only other calendar given any attention in the setting is, ironically, the Forfarian calendar from Forlorn, which unsurprisingly sees very little use.
