I vaguely remember there being dwarves near Barovia called the Dvergheim. Anyone have any info on this?

Is this from 4e? If it is then probably it appeared in Fair Barovia adventure from Dungeon Magazine #207

It's non-canon; it appeared in Undead Sea Scrolls 2003:

Nice. Didn't we decide at some point (when Duergar were made psychics) that there would be duergar there or under there, or do I remember completely wrong?
