Nehwon-based domain

Has anyone considered basing a domain on Nehwon, the world of Fritz Leiber's fun Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser-series?

I could see the runaway Glipkerio Kistomerces as its Darklord. When last seen, he launched himself into the depths of Nehwon's ocean, expecting to travel through the cosmic depths to find another world in which to rule and be worshipped... only for the ocean pressure to compress the metal into a second skin around him.
His curse practically writes itself. Glipkerio was extremely focused on his senses and pleasures, obliging his slaves to be shaved smooth lest their hairs irritate him.
Now, trapped inside his casket, he can feel nothing. He might be undead, although it's impossible to tell unless someone peels him out of his craft's remains, and the curse prevents this from happening.
Glipkerio is worshipped in his new world, but he is an immobile idol within his temple-fortress, unable to savor a drop of water or the morning breeze. He desperately seeks ways to be released from his shell, but he is constantly bothered by his loyal worshippers, who call on him to help solve problems he is unequipped to solve - if he even cared about them. And yet he dares not drive the faithful from his presence; apart from needing servants to have any influence at all, Glipkerio is highly phobic of rats, which swarm to worship him in their own way as soon as there are no humans around him.
