Sir Clive has attacked, but can still take free actions, and his player can always declare his intent for next round.

Lizards are withdrawing to cover.

Everyone else may act now.

SIR CLIVE IS SHAKEN.

KLOKULF IS SHAKEN.
Shaken
A shaken character takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.
Shaken is a less severe state of fear than frightened or panicked.
TONIO IS PANICKED.
Panicked
A panicked creature must drop anything it holds and flee at top speed from the source of its fear, as well as any other dangers it encounters, along a random path. It can’t take any other actions. In addition, the creature takes a -2 penalty on all saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. If cornered, a panicked creature cowers. A panicked creature can use special abilities, including spells, to flee; indeed, the creature must use such means if they are the only way to escape.
Panicked is a more extreme state of fear than shaken or frightened.

Also SHAKEN, unless she's got a 12 or better Will save total bonus.

I will roll for Alain, presuming that LordSkybolt has been busy and wouldn't have his guy just sit out the fray.

Ditto Meela, as the player made it clear she was moving toward the Mound

MEELA

MEELA IS SHAKEN.

ALAIN IS NOT SHAKEN.

DRAGON?
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

Yep.

Its head and neck are in view. The rest of it must be underwater.
See the pool marked on the map.

I think Klokulf will cast spiritual weapon and send it after the dragon before continuing with his previous course of action and casting ice axe. That way he can help with that threat while simultaneously staying as far from the beast as possible and trying to pick off peripheral lizardfolk with the axe.

Sir Clive cannot hit it now, but if he uses a move action next round he can go up to the pool's edge and use a standard action to attack once.

Assuming I see all this and cam reach our acid burned compatriot, Benm will rush forward to use cure critical.

Stop climbing if still climbing, and glittering dust on the damn dragon.
I feel much better that the non-combatants are running from the dragon - as they should.
If not possible to cast from his vantage point, Raen would jump down (taking damage if he has too). He wants the dragon blinded and everyone able to see him even if he dives underwater, even if it means twisting an ankle - or getting in line for a facefull of acid.

Dissolved by dragon is not a bad way to go for an adventuring wizard.
