Sorry, I am just catching up.
A few things:
Raen would not visit the slave auction.
He is giving those disgusted looks that Clive ignores. He strongly dislikes this place.

(The second man looks like this, but in different colors of clothing)
Looks like you just saved that guy from Baron Harkonnen.
Or maybe just Mr. Tapling from Horatio Hornblower.
By the way, can I gauge Alwina's opinion of Klokulf's actions?
A HARKONNEN ANIMAL!
Alwina seems slightly confused.

Makes sense. I imagine he will keep his distance from the square where the auction is going on, then, and check out things nearby?
I'll add material for you.

Does the woman being harassed appear to be distraught or does she protests for appearances?

So... let's say a total of 11 silver pieces: 10 silver, 10 copper.
It's money falling on the road next to them. That has to give Raen a bonus to his deception, right?
He kinda expects to get a knee in the face or a boot on his backside as he moves around them and in between them to gather the spilled coins. If that happens, he will apologize and leave - if the girl has shied away during the exchange.
The other pouch in case they shake him down for more coins to "water their friends that also work hard!" or "it's not polite to buy drinks just for two of us" etc has about 20-30 silver pieces worth of cash. He hasn't changed it though.

Kintire indicated that Kat would chat with stranger and try to get a sense of the vibe of the city.

Good roll.
Things seem calm on the surface but tense beneath, an air of potential violence.
No one says anything alarming. Nothing so overt, just the way most people eye Kat a bit too warily and keep their voices down. The guards in this city swagger about instilling obvious fear in the poor and weak.

Raen will accompany Katherine as it is not too safe for lone women apparently. He will also get back his valuables. If that woman wants to get a drink first, Raen will accompany her and ask Kat to come along too first. If she wants to go to her home or place of employment, Raen would also accompany her.

Clive will purchase traveling clothing, spare boots, and a traveling pack for Tonio.
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

Cool.
He has recovered from his home:
1 small sack
1 day's rations
1 ragged pair of pants
1 threadbare shirt
1 a few incidentals tied up in a handkerchief
He can stick all that in the traveling pack you mean to buy him with the spare boots as well.
