Their concentration is on the front of the house. She will climb down the back, and try a window there. Obviously listening and such... let me know.

Open locks plus 25% ( a tricky latch, but not a proper lock) would allow her to pop a window.

The Climb down is so short that I will let her do both actions in one round.

Or she can try to detect noise first , as you mentioned listening.
