Meh, Dahmpirs... I don't like them. All the power to those that do

I'm there...
Have there been any other Ustalav novels since Prince of Wolves that I've missed?

Re: F.Wesley Schneider's upcoming Ustalav novel: Bloodbound
Just saw this. Thanks for the shout-out, Giamarga!
The final cover for this is up on the product page you linked now, and I'm pretty frickin' pleased with it.
And for anyone who might be turned off by the VERY Vampire Hunter D nature of the product description, don't worry, there's lots more than half-vampires—like death priests, creepy asylums, ancient ghosts, crumbling estates, merciless theocracies, snubbed vampire princes, snazzy hotels, murderous inquisitors, retired Van-Helsings, amoral vamp pretty-boys, ruined theaters, dilapidated opera houses, albino bats, great hats, and much, much more!
This is my first novel getting out there and I couldn't be more terrexcited! Thank you all for taking a look!

Indeed, thanks for the info! Sounds great.

It's certainly one I plan on picking-up and reviewing.
I also suspect we might see some more Ustalav in Ravenloft, as teased here:

I have two official answers to this, pick your poison:IrvyneWolfe wrote:Hey Wes, when they going to let you write a Bastardhall Mega Adventure?
1) I run one new session of Bastardhall every Paizocon. Players are about 7th level now, so, extrapolating an end session, adding time for writing and printing, look forward to the Bastardhall Megadungeon coming in 2028!
2) Shh.

Re: F.Wesley Schneider's upcoming Ustalav novel: Bloodbound
Hehe yeah I've read some of the short descriptions of those adventures on the Paizo boards. Makes me sad travelling is such a pain for me or I'd definitely be there to enjoy the chaos. Given the description of how quickly they're moving 2028 may be optimistic. All the same a fellow can dream.WesSchneider wrote:I have two official answers to this, pick your poison:IrvyneWolfe wrote:Hey Wes, when they going to let you write a Bastardhall Mega Adventure?

Will do. It'd probably be posted here and/or my blog & webcomic 5mwd.comWesSchneider wrote:Very cool! Definitely shoot me a message if you post a review, I'd love to hear what you think.Jester of the FoS wrote:It's certainly one I plan on picking-up and reviewing.

I did the map. Feel free to link away.WesSchneider wrote:Also, that map is pretty much the best thing ever! Who made this, they're awesome, can I link this on my blog?!?!
There are standard Ravenloft variants elsewhere on this site (pre-Conjunction and post). But, sadly, not Ustalav in those.
I'm doing a domain write-up of Ustalav for the Fraternity of Shadow's annual netbook, Quoth the Raven, as an alternate history where Ustalav was always part of the Core.
Which is pretty much why the map exists.
