Once we have had our discussion, Franz would be glad to help you look for a house. Whatever moneys he already has, he is willing to pool it with you for magical research and the house. That gives us a better pool of money so to speak.alhoon wrote:I certainly need more than 1 day to heal, buy spells, make scrolls and find a house.
Ewan, so how much is the cost to buy spells? I.e. how much wizards around ask for letting you copy a spell from their spellbook?

Re: Mists of Winter OOC
This campaign arc has ended. Shorter than other installments, yeah. We've most of us been very busy.
Any future Ravenloft game, maybe after my next break in school begins, would follow up on this one.
As for downtime. I'd say keep it in the several weeks to several months range. Less than a year.
Remember, one post, maximum, per PC.

So, how much wizards in Richemulot ask to sell spells?

Who know Hornsby was such a badass?

History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

Hornsby > Me.

When one has a badass on the payroll, one does not advertise it.Brock Marsh Runoff wrote:Who know Hornsby was such a badass?
I would think that the man who signs the badass's paychecks might be worthy of some dread as well.

Go ahead and use a default of spell level multiplied by 50 gp.
Treat cantrips as first level spells.

I admit I haven't seen that there was a mention of the price there...
So all in all, with inks etc it's 100gp/spell lvl.

Franz will help you out. He does not have that much expenses and will not mind spending gold to help you as payment for teaching him.

Raen will not accept a single copper from someone that jumped into freezing and dark waters to save him from a monster.

It's been close to a month since the epilogues thread went up.
I'm going to give a few more days and the I'll cap it.
If anybody still wants to post a personal epilogue for his PC, please do so.

Sorry for the delay! I'll post Raen's epilogue shortly. It won't be a long one.

Okay, epilogues are closed.
But I did post material related to SARA and GALANDEL, so their players may want to check out the final post.

CHRONOLOGICAL NOTE-
That last scene with Benn is meant to occur shortly before he's leaving town for Mordentshire, but after Adam's post. His last time in the office before closing up for his family holiday.
