Movie & Video Game OST Suggestions

I like to provide low-volume ambient music during my games, so I'd like to know which movies and video games would have suitable soundtracks for playing our new Ravenloft campaign.

Off the top of my head I can think of...
Silent Hill (Movies & VGs)
Resident Evil (Movie & VGs)
Amnesia: The Dark Decent (VG)
Dead Space (VG)
Castlevania Series (VG)

Can anyone give me some more suggestions?
