Short answer: Not likely, but we have a fan-made update by our own Jester of the FoS here.
Long answer: read the FAQ.
(note that the FAq entry needs a bit of update. Dark Sun has since been chosen as the first "old setting" to be revived, and there have since been more Ravenloft-ish articles published in Dragon.)

Ravenloft in 4th edition?!?
Well, 4th edition is suited for heroes that bash a lot of beasties in an action-movie way. No penalties at all for the heroes etc.
Ravenloft should have a different feel. The heroes shouldn't be the people saving the princess from the top of the bad vampire's tower after defeating his bad, bad ogre guard.
