Swarm question?

Post by Joël of the FoS »

Can we have two similar swarms entering the same square (and make damage) ?

Seems like no but would like your input. Didn't find any rule saying yes or nay.

So I assume nay.

I'm not too up on my swarm rules, but I believe it says something like "a swarm can occupy the same space as other creatures". If they can share a space with a creature, I'd say they can share a space with another swarm.

BUT they would have to be two different swarming creatures, I'd think, otherwise they would just merge into a bigger swarm.

That is what I assumed while in the heat of the game.

Just wondered if there was any ruling that I might not know of.

Why couldn't two swarms occupy the same square?

Of course, one swarm would damage the other as per the rules, insects attacking the bats etc.
