Replacement components arrived today. I had asked for a new box, top sheet, and map folio. (Just the folio, not the maps.) There were a few other bent bits but I said they'd be fine. Had a few brief emails with them, where they asked me to send photos and check for damage throughout the box. I sent those and they're FedEx-ing me replacement components.
