Landing safetly onto the base of the tree, Hiro crouches against the bark with his feet and a free hand. It seems strange how he does not fall off, perhaps due to some magic or innate ability. With his parcel attached to his back he holds his large circular hat with his other hand aimed towards the ...

OOC: Keep in mind the boat is not a stable platform to jump from--you're going to push it back as you take off. It's heavy enough that it's possible to jump, but you'll need to make a DC 15 Balance check to jump successfully. Also, it's going to reduce the distance you can jump by half (the other h...

Immediatley recognising the danger that not only the creature brings but the rash actions of the others, Hiro stands carefully and leaps out of the boat towards the high roots of the nearby mangroves. He hopes this will give the group room to fight safetly while also reminding them from the boat's r...

Re: More sexy guys!

I want more sexy lads, with their shirts off!

So I have a question after looking over this forum... I started a thread a long time ago at the old Kargatane site (sevenish years) under the name Crackhedmo. The name of the thread was A Halfling Walks into a Bar, it was just a random rp thread. I was playing a halfing called Banob in the thread. ...

"About time. Feels like we've been here an age." Hiro says before shouldering his package once more. "Ready the transport and prepare for a dose of reality -it's raining." he smiles "So you'll have to bail twice as hard."

I finished BG1 with a mage.

I had Leshrac's Minor Drain as my 1 spell. I remember hunting gibberlings for a long time before progressing. BG1 is a great game but when you get to the final boss here's a hint: Monster Summoning Wands and plenty of them.

Re: Traveller

Out of interest, who here has ever played 'Traveller' or one of its variants? It's a sci-fi rpg system for those who haven't heard of it before (it's been around a number of years). Traveller 5 is apparently in the works. I have, but not since the early 80's. Who's working on T-5, the original comp...

Looking up at the treehouse Tarlyn speaks again "I wonder if our companions have found what they came for with this Chicken Bone?" "Maybe we should make camp? I've no idea how long a visit such as this could take. The last seer I saw spoke for a full day before revealing any answers....

...We could do it. I just need a hairpin, 3 jars of glue and an old baseball card. All those years of McGuyver are about to pay dividends. BIG dividends. Besides we've talked so much in character now, the conversation is inevitably going to shift to 'how can we kill that guy'. We are a bunch of assa...
