So, would you guys have a stab at creating your own version of the mist domain? I really need inspiration to do this for my campaign and I don't want it to be imbalanced. I'd like to see what you can come up with.

No, I'm talking about the domain powers. There are a lot of domains that let clerics turn (air, fire, earth, water) creatures as if they were undead.

What about the turn mist creature power? It seems like a good fit.

Since we're on the subject... is there any wizard/sorcerer spell similar to death ward or negative energy protection? Am I crazy or only clerics get to have this kind of spells in 3.5?

Why not keep stats for both editions? It would be a waste to discard all those 3.5 material when there's a lot of players and DMs in here that still use the old editon.
