IIRC, not all of the RL vampires can transform. Dru is a nosferatu, IIRC, and I for my part had no transformation skills planned for her.

The only one who might have problem is Brethana, she has gone to a plane foul of wizards!

George will probably get homesick (strange as it sounds).

Seeing that Jarryd is Ok, George continues to try to keep the guards from preventing access to the portal (he has a dagger). He will follow the others through the portal if they make it.

I had a Troll Bridge in my campaign. We did a whole fairy tale theme for a while. Little Red Riding Hood, the Troll Bridge, Hansel and Gretel.

Having been thrown amongst the guards, he tries to keep them from hindering Jamethon as he brings Ezra to the portal, attacking whoever tries to stop him.

Carnage sounds more like someone who is somehow joined to a Blood Elemental.
