Re: No One D&D Homebrew?

I figured as much, but I worry we would need to amend our statement for Quoth the Raven so nobody submits One D&D-based material... Eh, maybe.... we'll have to look into whatever they eventually make their policy. But we've been doing this since 2e, when there was no OGL as well, so I'd expect ...

Strange, because I can see them in Chrome. Is your Chrome fully updated?

What browser are you using? I can see them fine. Try a full refresh? (shift-F5 on most browsers)

The file is very large, and that may be causing your issues. We're working on getting a compressed version. In the meantime. Can you try to right-click and download the file, then open it locally?

Re: QtR29 - submissions open (it's a secret!)

This year, Mephisto was in charge of creating this issue of the netbook for the first time, we really thank him for that. You'll see a high improvement on mine from the last years :) Bravo Meph! Superb job! Indeed! Much applause for Mephisto for the compiling and formatting and all around beautifyi...

Re: Questionable Content?

Our stance has been... it's all canon. Just maybe a different canon. :) the 5e stuff doesn't contradict the 2e and 3e stuff. It deliberately re-writes it. So that's the canon now. But they can't take our old books away. So that's canon too. We are long overdue for a way to label the different timeli...

Re: Why are the Darklords well known?

Is it established that the fictional works featuring them exist in GE? I don't recall that. I would tend to say no they don't. You don't see Barovians reading "I, Strahd" and "Vampire of the Mists". Similarly, Bram Stoker's Dracula shouldn't exist in Gothic Earth for foes of actu...

Awesome! I'm so far behind on reading these, but I'm dying to find time to catch up on them. Glad to see you're still playing, my friend, hopefully one day soon I can say the same about my campaign.

Re: New Ravenloft comic

I did enjoy the first issue. If we're going to have these new versions of the characters, best that we get to to know them beyond brief blurbs in the book. I will admit however to loving the "B-side" story more. Very spooky, well written and well drawn stuff about a mother trying to save h...

While that book has its share of stinkers, I quite like that one. It went really well when I ran it. Nice and creepy ghost story/murder mystery.

"undead wizard-king" "land of the dead" ? Looks like something in the Darkon/Necropolis genre to me.
