I would also add in the spell that you gain 5/- for all blugoning damage but suffer an extra die of damage on piercing. Its hard to beat a sack of water to death but easy to pop it.

Remeber that Golems of all types in Ravenloft don't need the tradional magics to power them. As long as one unique creator (your origonal lich/wizard) put enough of himself into thier creation his rage/greed/fear etc: will power them without needing to add a philactary into the mix.

The only thing I see tricky about Pact magic is that it needs a fiendish pressance to work. In Ravlenloft other then the handfull of cannon demons all contact with the other planes is cut off.

Now the DPs might subsitute something else in place of the fendish host but some tweeking is needed.
