For Blaustein, I went with 645 based on the information in Darklords (since he had been in Ravenloft for around a century at the time of Darklords).

Missing a few domains in that list such as the Nocturnal Sea (and others). I think the Nocturnal Sea appeared in 751 or something, after the GC.
