Café de Nuit

As Moorkroft attempts to parlay with the newly-arrived woodsy buffoons, George quietly draws his dagger and attempts to fade into the background.

George take one of his empty sacks and attempts to cover the torch (seeing if it will burn). To Moorkroft, he says: "If I can safely cover the torch without causing a fire, I will take it along. If not, I do not relish carrying a source of light I cannot hide."

[OOC: Moorkroft can keep the torch. I just didn't want to have it left behind. I'd prefer not to carry an unextinguishable light source around with me anyway]

George replies to Moorkroft: "Well, that's a relief at least. And yes, I'm all for having a look around. I never like not knowing where I am." To the group: "Now that things seem to have calmed down a bit, I suppose introductions are in order. My name is George, lately of Chateaufaux....

Seeing the rodent emerge from the coffin and hearing Moorkroft's reassuring diagnosis, George rejoins the group and whispers in Moorkroft's ear..

"So, he's not a vampire?"

Seeing the coffin move, and not being reassured by Tavian, George starts sidling to the right (towards the curly passage) with his back to the wall, trying to attract as little notice as possible.

George watches intently to see just how Tavian reacts to the Cleric's help. He will stay tensed and ready to fight or flee until he sees Tavian not harmed by the ministrations of the Cleric of a (hopefully, from the sound of the prayers) good god.

The gloomy figure leads your through the half-opened door to the room where George woke up... OOC: Does this refer to me? I don't recall George waking up anywhere. George also follows the girl, being careful to stay clear of the windows and avoiding any stray mist as much as possible.

Mist is entering from under the front door and through the windows... George notices the Mists encroaching into the house and warily steps away from the door, keeping as much to the center of the room as possible. He still does not sheath his dagger. He waits to see what the rest of the group is do...

George replies to Moorkroft, "While I find it hard to believe your story, I will not fight you if the others here wish me not to. I do not wish to be outnumbered. Rest assured, however, that I will be watching you very closely." He then turns to the figure in the doorway, prepared to defen...

Once it appears that everyone who's going to enter the house has, George takes a quick look outside and then slams the door shut. He then turns towards Moorkroft, dagger still in hand, and says in a dangerously calm voice: "What exactly were you thinking, slamming that door in our faces?" ...

George does what he initially intended to do before the door was slammed in his face. He rushes into the house and holds the door, watching for the others to enter, but ready to slam it shut should the undead approach too closely.
