"if we have quarterstaves, should we not burn... no, I suppose not. Why make a fire that will last 20 minutes... I have to move: I am unaccustomed to such weather." Avra tightens his light clothing around himself, trying as best as possible to keep warm. "While the others take care of...

Don't sweat it too much. We generally assume, as a group, that you can trace back geneologies as far back as you want! :) Another thing - we like to think of the world changing as being explained in history books as "the king of Heliamnura was deposed. And new despote arose from his ashes, _(in...

Rokushima always had a weird place in my mind in the context of the rest of Ravenloft. As its own entity it works fabulously, but in tandem with the mostly-European Gothic signature themes of Ravenloft, it never made much sense to me. This feeling was reinforced with the publishing of the Rokugan s...

My firend, who I have been gaming with for about... 10 years or so, had never fought an orc in his "career" until last summer, when I purposefully ran a nothlands/viking-inspired game where they got to roll up some real killers and bring it to the orc tribes!

As Tavian begins to walk away: "A word of warning, friend. The creatures who have done this to our guide are still out there. Be wary." He then walks over to where Lodissio is laying down. "We HAVE to act. I think Tavian wishes to start walking and I think we might want to . Any direc...

Tavian: Those DOS games were AWESOME! In fact, I STILL play them occasionally and still have them on my PC. :) Wake of the Ravager and... Shattered Lands, I think? Great games!
