Re: Ravenloft in Massachusetts
maybe it would be possible to make a place on the forum/Website where people can fill in their country and state? so people from the same spot can find each other?

Re: Ravenloft Artbook of Talon Dunning
Talon,
I'm not sure someone else asked this before but is it also possible to make a drawning of player characters? I have 5 players with great characters and it would be awesome to have a great picture of each of them. If yes, how much will it cost?
greetz,
Kevin

characters from different domains
While I started my campaign with 4 Darkonese characters my players reached the tropical island of Souragne where they meet a new player. They guy plays an aristocratic character from the Von Schelm family. Thanks to the Guide to Souragne that everyone can download here, I gave my player the lexicon ...

Re: Poll: What Scale Do You Use?
I use the scale found in the red boxed set. After reading "knight of the black rose" I checked a few distances James Lowder wrote about Sithicus and it was pretty close to it. Distances are greater than traditionally and the shadow rift is more than 100 miles from north to south. Darkon wh...

Re: Souragne: Night of the Walking Dead
yeah I found out I have to be careful with the conversations. Like the attack of 3 giant toads. 3 of them is too hard for 1'st level characters

Re: The World of Ravenloft
Hello Ben, Well you found the map of the Core, travelling from each domain in the core to another would be easy as long as the domain lord does not close his or her borders. Travelling to other domains like Souragne or even cluster domains like the amber wastes can by following mistways. Locations o...

Souragne: Night of the Walking Dead
After the prologue my players finally are level 1 and mistleaded to the swamps of Souragne. I'm planning to run the night of the walking dead story. I have a few ideas to make the adventure longer and readed the "Guide to Souragne" again. I'm just wondering if people have also a few good i...

also remind there is a slight difference between fear and horror and the more dreaded madness check. With madness you don't get a bonus from your high wisdom. instead the modifier makes the DC more difficult if you have a high wisdom.

Re: The Kargatane in Book of Vile Darkness 4th ed
Sadly, we're drifting towards being "relics of the past". The Semi-senile grumpy old men and women with the walking stick. I'm only 31 and I really start to feel me this way with this current situation  My cousin who is 20 years old started playing Dungeons and Dragons when he was 12...

Re: The Kargatane in Book of Vile Darkness 4th ed
I see what you mean Gonzoron and it makes sense. If they can bring in new players and have a new generation players they win more than just keeping it as it was just to keep the old fans happy. a pity but understandable. It's funny how many years of reading, playing and dreaming of this wonderful (r...
