I was referring to column widths and gap sizes. I wanted to avoid eye-balling (I am using a page layout program that exports to pdf and I have to set the guide lines for text frames and pictures manually).

Can anyone provide me with the specifics for the Page Layout (or the template being used) for Quoth the Raven and the Gazetteers?
