Maps, tokens and the like. A lot of the resources I can currently find are more fantasy themed.

If you like more fantasy in your horror Ustalav is your only man, but Ravenloft has much more gothic horror. Ravenloft is my favorite I've got to say and Ustalav is mined for material in my campaign.

I thinks it was slightly too packed in the first episode, just to end on that particular part. But it's really got into it's stride from episodes 3 and 4.

Could I suggest Skype, they now have conferencing, quite reliable and free. We have one of our number over in the UK for the foreseeable, so Skype has let him in on our current game.
