Have you thought of using either BRP or savage worlds. BRP in particular seems to fit Ravenloft like a glove and it is what i plan to use when I run ravenloft eventually.

dementlieu is a pyschological horror land IMO, not sure if there are any specfic pyschological horror adventures. But I tend to eschew adventures for the most part sans to mine them for ideas.

Not familar with i-10, but if it it is a port town, perhaps they have to deal with pirates. You could also throw a noble at them and try have them use diplomacy to make sure that things stay smooth for them.
