Marcus Khan is actually a character of mine from QtR 25, and yes, he's a homage for Talespin's Shere Khan. Glad you noticed, and glad to see him adopted by other players!

Has it been released already? For some reason, every year anew I have difficulties finding it.

I already have two submissions ready - one is a list of 50 alternative versions of Ravenloft (yes, I know it was the topic of the former issue), and the other is 100 creepy and bizarre road encounters. Will send them soon.
