Let me handle all that. Look instead to the ‘roleplaying’. Become your character and lose yourself to the mists… Deeper...

Well, my face is red. That doesn't make sense...eh, whatever.
I found it wierd, too. Oh well. Makes the feat kinda useless, I guess. Maybe firearms (being so complex and all) can impose a penalty for those not proficient, and the feat could get rid of that. Hmm.

So, are there any 'unwritten rules' or anything? Anyone I should talk to? Any specific way to run a game? Can I just post an advertising thread? Any examples I could look at? Sorry for the newbiness, don't know how things are usually done around here.

The ranger feats mechanically hold up really well no matter what weapon you give them, the flavour text is simply geared toward bows. Not sure what you're saying. If you're trying to say that there's no use for a 'gunslinger', check out the swordmaster, battlefield archer, and daggermaster paragon ...

I don't know too too much about Ravenloft (I got whatever I can get from the internet and my Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, plus whatever little bits from Dragon) so I can't be all that much help. I just decided to redo the Knight of the Raven prestige class as a paragon path. It's probably not the...

5. No lurking: Sorry, but in less than a year we have accumulated more lurkers than posters. Unless you post within one month, your account will be fed to Dru and thereafter deleted. Ouch. No problem there. I guess I kinda had to post eventually, but I'm much more a lurk (especially since I don't k...
