The Pathfinders are is an organization aiming for the historical knowledge, lore, and magical treasure of all the world itself. A lodge acts as a Pathfinder Society headquarters for a Large City, and a Venture Lieutenant acts as its caretaker, both figuratively and literally. Each of the Venture Lieutenants reports back to a Venture Captain.[1] The only known Venture Captain in the Land of Mists is Venture Captain James Weylan, whom resides in Ustalav.[2]
