Tatyana Federovna (b. 333 BC[1], d. 351 BC?) was the betrothed of Sergei von Zarovich, a simple peasant girl of no noble blood but having the young spark of life to win Sergei (and Strahd's) eye.[2] After Sergei was murdered by his brother, Strahd von Zarovich, on what was to be their wedding day, Strahd came to Tatyana in the garden of Castle Ravenloft. Strahd attempted to woo her, and instead she threw herself off the parapet into the chasm below.[3]
Since her death, she has been reincarnated in the domain of Barovia several times, as part of Strahd's curse. She has also also been reincarnated outside of the demiplane at least twice: once as as Queen Kristiana von Zarovich in Prime Material Barovia[4], and once as Anna in Faerun.[5]
