Remove Curse is much less effective in the Demiplane of Dread than it is elsewhere, It is far from 100% positive to to work, and the curse lifting only lasts for a limited amount of time rather than permanently removing a curse. However, this is usually long enough to discard any cursed items found.[1][2]
