The Knights of Light is an order of righteous paladin knights led by Elina. Their numbers were cut in half by a mass defection engineered by Gartax, formerly of the ordr himself. Gartax recruited the defectors to become his Dark Paladins. The Knights of Light and the Dark Paladins have been locked in eternal struggle and stalemate since then.[1]
