Ravenloft is normally a demiplane technically located within the Ethereal Plane. However on rare occasions, the Land of Mists has sometimes seeped over onto the Prime Material Plane and temporarily merged with it. During a conjunction, inhabitants of the Demiplane of Dread should be able to escape. This is only known to have occurred during the Grand Conjunction.^[1]
