The Bell of Treachery is located in a shrine in I'Cath. It holds the spirit of Spite, the daughter of Tsien Chiang, and part of Tsien Chiang's own, preventing death and aging for both of them. However, it also binds Spite to Tsien Chiang's will. If approached by intruders, the Bell of Treachery rings, inflicting damage to the intruders and healing the gaki guardians that protect the bell. However, this ringing can be prevented with a Silence spell.[1]
