King of the Underworld

The King of the Underworld is apparently a Krynnish dwarf, though his true nature is a mystery. He is the ruler and darklord of an Underdark kingdom filled with purple light and monstrous denizens. They obey his command thanks to a magical crown he protects with paranoia. He sends his minions from time to time to raid the surface for dark reasons all his own.[1]
