Semine is a Green Hag who served as a consultant and source of knowledge for Rudolph van Richten for his guide to witches. Semine did this not of the goodness of her own heart but rather the hatred she holds for other hags.[1]
Semine has shown to have at least some talent for divination magic, enough to divine the doctor's intents in any case.[2]
