The lernaean cryohydra was unknown in the Land of Mists. Recently, the existence of the creature has become known to one individual who unearthed a mummified lernaean cryohydra in Sithicus. The well preserved five-headed carcass was dug out of a bog south of Hroth by a dragon disciple named Thaumiol. He seeks to reanimate it as both his servant and as an emissary of the vengence of the Many-Headed Devourer.
